Yesterday was David's birthday and he turned 28. We celebrated it by having my family come to my house for a bbq. I love putting on family meals at my house. Much of you know that I am full of energy and am always on the go so I was up for the challenge. David wanted this yummy cake that his mom makes that consists of vanilla pudding, whip cream and strawberries. He kept asking me all day if I would make it and I made him think I didn't have time since I was watching my brothers kids and trying to prepare for the party. Well of course I did being the awesome wife that I am. And let me tell you how happy it made him that I made it. He said it reminded him of his family. His family lives back East and we don't get to see them as much as we would like. I was planning on going this month but we decided that we are going for Thanksgiving. My sister in law threw the idea in that maybe we should drive up to New York for the Macy's Day Parade? I have never been to it so I would love it if we could go. So now onto Chloe's six month update. She weighed 17lbs 8oz and for height she was off the charts at 27.75" She is just tall and has rolls all over her body. She is David's little mini me. They look just alike. I am so grateful for a hard working husband who loves his family. Happy birthday David, I love you!

We went to the zoo for her birthday... only family this year.. Last year was a bit overboard.. and with my move.. I didn't have the energy to do a "little girl party"..

Cute. Glad you had fun. I wish I had a prefect excuse to visit back east often! I have never even been to new york, but it seems so glamorous and exciting, that I want to do it soo bad!
